What 2025 taught us

  • The festival ran no public parking, and parking near the site was "extremely limited." Shuttle passes started at $70 for all three days.
  • Wristbands had to be worn within a 1-mile perimeter, with police vehicle checkpoints.
  • Highway 59 was barricaded at 1st Ave, and the city said traffic wouldn't be back to normal until the Tuesday after.
  • Gulf Shores beach parking now runs $3 an hour south of Beach Blvd, with a $75 fine.
  • Uber and Lyft both operate in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Expect festival-night surge pricing.
Why #501 for your crew

Room for 8, and the Gulf out front.

Covered balcony at Phoenix V Unit 501 with a table and chairs, looking over the dune and the GulfSecond view from the Unit 501 balcony over the beach and Gulf

Beds for the whole crew

A king in the primary, two queens in the second bedroom, and a king in the third. Two full baths.

Drinks on the beach, legally

Orange Beach allows alcohol on the sand, as long as it isn't glass. Gulf Shores beaches, including the festival end, don't.

Pools and hot tubs

Phoenix V has a Gulf-front outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, three hot tubs, a sauna and a splash pad.

A real kitchen

Cook a pre-show dinner or a recovery breakfast instead of waiting in festival-weekend lines.

The balcony

A wraparound corner balcony. The living and dining side looks straight out over the dune, the pool deck and the Gulf.

Good to know

Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No pets (service animals only). The building charges $55 per vehicle at the front desk, which includes wristbands for up to 12 guests.
