A note on the building: Phoenix V is getting new windows and a fresh exterior, wrapping up in spring 2027. The work on our condo is done, so you’re stepping into the finished product. You may see crews on other parts of the building during the day. The pools, splash pad and beach are all open. Questions? Just ask.

The total you see includes the cleaning fee and every applicable Alabama, Baldwin County and City of Orange Beach lodging tax.
