This website (tothebeachandback.investments) and the vacation rental known as Tide Me Over (Phoenix V #501, Orange Beach, Alabama) are operated by Gulf Tide Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our"), 3355 Blue Church Rd, Sunbury, OH 43074. "Tide Me Over" is the public name we use for the rental; Gulf Tide Holdings LLC is the business behind it.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address and mobile phone number when you send an inquiry, book a stay, join our Founding Flock list, or start a chat on this website.
Trip details: dates, number of guests and any questions or requests you send us.
Booking and payment details: bookings are processed by our booking system (OwnerRez) and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Basic website data: like most websites, our site and its hosting provider record standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, and may use cookies to keep the site working.

How we use it

To answer your questions and inquiries.
To take and manage your booking, and to send you information about your stay (confirmations, arrival and checkout instructions, and help during your stay).
If you ask for them, to send you updates and offers about Tide Me Over, such as the Founding Flock first look and Rise Day offers. You can stop these at any time.
To keep records we are required to keep, such as lodging tax records.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check a consent box, we may text you. There are two separate kinds of texts, and you choose each one with its own checkbox. Neither box is checked for you, and agreeing is never a condition of booking or buying anything.

Service texts: replies to your questions and information about your inquiry, booking or stay.
Marketing texts: updates, offers and announcements about Tide Me Over.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or call (251) 346-8883.

We do not share, sell or rent your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in data or consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information sharing described in this policy. The only companies that handle your number are the service providers that deliver our messages for us, and they may use it only to provide that service.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the rental, and only for that purpose:

our booking and payment system (OwnerRez and its payment processor);
our website, email and messaging platform (MarketMySTR / LeadConnector) and its telephone carriers;
our on-site team (cleaners and property managers) when they need your name and dates to prepare for your stay;
government agencies, when the law requires it (for example, lodging tax filings).

If you book through Airbnb or another platform, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to the information you give it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and tax records for as long as the law requires. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP at any time.
Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access or deletion: email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. The person who books a stay must be at least 25.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
